Refund Policy
The conditions covered by our return policy include the following:
Use of this product is not recommended. It can be worn to check for odour transfer and verify fit and comfort (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume, etc.)
The items must have yet to be cleaned, and all price tags, brand tags, shoe boxes, and original packaging must be present.
For hygiene concerns, packaged products and swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned.
We provide reverse pick-up services based on the zip code you provided.
There will only be three attempts to pick up the customer's return package.
Goods must be unused to be returned or exchanged.
Returns can be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at kevuruentertainment@gmail.com mentioning the order ID and the reason for return within 48 hours of receiving the product. Your return will be examined after receiving it; if a refund is granted, you will be notified. If we receive the incorrect product, a used, damaged, torn, or dirty product, in return, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
If accepted, you will get a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting your refund by your bank or credit card provider can take some time.
A buyer may ask for a replacement, among other things, if they are unhappy with an item for any reason, including transportation damage, or if it is defective, missing, or was supplied in error. Please be informed that in case of a refund or exchange for reasons other than those mentioned above, the Buyer will be liable for paying Shipping Costs (as decided by Tulipfashions).

Almost all pin codes are where we deliver our goods, with a few exceptions. Our deliveries typically arrive at your door in 3 to 8 days. Please enter your pincode in the checkout section when placing your order to see if we ship to that address.

Divided Orders:
We reserve the right to divide orders containing multiple items into separate shipments. You won't be charged anything extra for this.
Complete Delivery:
We reserve the right to send you certain items from your order in phases if delivery delays occur. You won't be charged anything extra for this.
Cancellation:
